"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Anyways, I'm not actually an "Artist". In that I do not regularly draw, or do anything considerably artistic. I sometimes doodle, but not often to call myself an artist. Sadly, I will not even be able to post up any of the doodles at this time either. At one point I was using photoshop frequently, but I wouldn't exactly say that is considered art....Unless you consider taking a photo someone else has taken and editing it art. The closest thing I would have....I edited a picture of a friend of mine, but I didn't take the picture for that either.
For the most part I signed up to comment on a friend's art and perhaps to browse through the work of other artists.

Welcome to dA! Don't be shy to post your "not so arty" artwork! Not everyone is as good like the Pro! you have to start somewhere, right?
You're art doesn't have to be with all your resources, that would be hard wouldn't it? Therefore we have the stock and resources page on dA! Just edit untill you see fit, doesn;t matter if still looks like you're stock. You've edited it!
